Membership is available free of charge for Residents and Retirees.
 Regardless of status and/or method of payment everyone must click the link below to download and complete the form.

1. Pay by Check: Make payable to AOS
2. Pay by Credit Card: Processed manually in-house

If you select OPTION #2, please send AOS the following payment information:

1. Credit card number
2. Expiration date
3. Physical address/city/zip code where you receive your credit card statements
4. Authorization code
